With prices so low, we have to add some fine print:
- Any orders placed but not completed/paid for by 23:59pm on Sunday, 30th November 2025 will be deleted. In the event of bank transfers to our account, please email the proof of payments to orders@jaykaysherbal.co.za prior to the deadline.
- No refunds or returns will be allowed on sale items.
- Please note that during high volume periods like Black November, we reserve the right to extend our delivery time frames. We will ensure that you, the customer, are presented with the extended delivery times before committing to the order.
- We will not offer free delivery on these sale prices, irrespective if the order value is above a R1000.
- While every effort has been made to ensure adequate stock levels during this period, we reserve the right to cancel the sale if the conditions of the sale cannot be met.
- We will not allow collections during this high volume Black November period.
