The courier options are only delivered between Monday and Friday but not on public holidays. The Postnet to Postnet, Paxi and Pudo Locker Services may be collected over weekends, provided the collection point is open and accessible.
Yes, all the orders are discreetly packaged, with neither our company name nor the contents on any waybills.
We will allow collections by appointment only. We would require a minimum notice of 24 hours. We do not work over the weekends and we will not be available for weekend collections.
We will accept Cash on Delivery when collecting. If paying via EFT, the payment needs to be immediate and the monies need to reflect in our bank before we release the goods. Certain banks take between 30 minutes to an hour to reflect and this delay needs to be taken in account when collecting.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
